At Janpath Store, we know that when you decide to level up your fitness gear, you want it fast. We are committed to delivering your premium activewear safely and efficiently so you can get back to the grind.
1. Shipping Locations & Partners

Coverage: We ship to almost all pincodes across India.

Partners: We work with reliable courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express to ensure your package reaches you in top condition.
2. Shipping Charges
To keep our fabric prices low, we calculate shipping based on your order type:

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹70 is applicable on all cash-on-delivery orders. This fee is charged by our courier partners for the additional risk and cash handling involved.
3. Order Processing Time

Dispatch: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Verification: For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders without a valid confirmation may be delayed or cancelled.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.

Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or regional lockdowns.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your gear leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can follow your package’s journey from our door to yours in real-time.
6. Order Tracking & Undelivered Shipments

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. Janpath Store is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

RTO Policy: For orders returned to us due to customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged to send the package again.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
We take immense pride in our quality. However, if you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please:

Take a photo/video of the tampered package.

8. High-Value Orders (Above ₹5,000)
To ensure security for high-value shipments, orders exceeding ₹5,000 may require a 10% partial advance payment or full prepayment. Our team will contact you post-purchase to facilitate this.
