At Janpath Store, we are committed to providing premium activewear at honest prices. To maintain our low-price model while ensuring high quality, we strictly adhere to the following policies.

1. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept exchanges for size issues or if you wish to switch to a different product of equal value.

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Limit: Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Once an exchange is processed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Availability: If your desired size/product is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

  • Price Difference: If the exchanged item is priced lower than the original, the balance will be issued as store credit.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer bank refunds only in the following specific cases:

  • Receipt of a damaged or defective product.

  • Receipt of the wrong item (style, color, or size).

Additional Terms:

  • Personal Preference: Returns based on fabric feel, style, color, or "change of mind" are not eligible for bank refunds. These are eligible for store credit only.

  • Timeline: Return requests for damages/wrong items must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Sale Items: Refunds are not applicable to items purchased during special discount events.

  • Non-Refundable: All Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Sale Item Policy

  • No Returns: Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Exchanges: Allowed for size changes only, subject to a ₹200 handling fee.

  • Timeline: Must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Restriction: Sale items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size (if available) and cannot be swapped for non-sale items.

4. High-Value Orders (Above ₹5,000)

To ensure security for large shipments, orders exceeding ₹5,000 require the customer to:

  1. Pay a 10% advance (partial payment), OR

  2. Convert the order to fully prepaid. Our team will contact you post-purchase to confirm your choice. Dispatch will pause until this selection is made.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Reporting: Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Items: We conduct thorough investigations for missing items. If it is determined that the loss occurred in transit, we will re-ship the missing article.

6. General Terms & Conditions

  • RTO Risk: Orders flagged as "High Return-to-Origin" risk by our partners may be held or cancelled. We may request prepaid payment or additional verification to proceed.

  • Address Accuracy: Orders with incomplete addresses will be held. We are not liable for non-delivery if correct details are not provided upon request.

  • Sequential Dispatch: If multiple COD orders are placed by the same user, we may ship them one after another (dispatching the next only after the first is delivered).

  • Store Credit: Credits issued to your account are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or sent to a bank account.
